Hub Dynamo 90 mm XL-SDD

The company Sturmey Archer finally made it. The new hub dynamo is here.
This hub dynamo with integrated 90 mm drub brake closes the gap in the electric power supply of velomobiles with drub brakes.

The hub dynamo has a one-sided suspension with 12 mm axle.
The cable is being guided through the hollow axle to the outside.

Installation:
-Only suitable for the installation in suspension struts by velomobiel.nl.
-Disassembly of the original axle by loosening the inner countersunk screw.
-Inserting of the hub dynamo through the axle hole
-The original spacer between suspension strut and brake plate is being reused to ensure the correct toe.
-The hub dynamo is being fixed to the suspension strut with a M12 hexagon nut.
-For safety reasons, a medium-tight screw locking varnish (e.g. Loctite) should be used by all means.

The brake plates are compatible with the original 90 mm drum brake.
