Cage for Idler with 11 teeth

These cages were developed as accessories for our chain idlers with 11 teeth / diameter 50mm.
They effectively prevent the jumping off of the chain during load changes and fast passage through potholes and bumps.
The chain cages with brackets enable the installation of chain protection tubes made of PE and PTFE.
All cages are available for 8mm and 10mm Axle diameters.
 

The set includes:
- Chain cage with or without mounting brackets for the assembly of chain protection tubes
- Optional cable ties for the assembly of chain protection tubes

Safety instructions

-The cages have been developed for use with our pulleys.
When using pulleys from other brands, compatibility must be checked carefully.
If in doubt, a bicycle mechanic should be consulted.
-Ensure that the cage is securely attached to the frame structure of the bicycle
-Make sure that the chain runs in the cage without contact during normal operation when changing gears and the associated
changing chain lines
- When attaching the chain tubes, always stick a thin adhesive tape (insulating tape etc.) around the chain protection tube and under the
supplied cable ties. This prevents the chain tubes from gradually moving in the attachment.
This is particularly important when using PTFE.
